Your business calls.
Handled.

An AI receptionist that welcomes callers, answers questions about your business, captures leads, and keeps requests organized—without every call needing a person.

Your first receptionist. Extra coverage for your team. Or a way to automate dedicated phone duties. Starting with HVAC and home services.

Make phone coverage work for your business

A receptionist that fits
the way you want to work.

Add phone coverage, support your team, or automate routine receptionist calls. Choose the role that makes sense for your business.

01 / ADD COVERAGE

No receptionist? Start here.

Give callers a professional welcome and get organized requests without hiring a dedicated employee to answer the phones.

02 / SUPPORT YOUR TEAM

Already have a team? Give them help.

Let Trident handle routine calls, overflow and after-hours requests, so your staff can focus on customers and work that needs a person.

03 / AUTOMATE PHONE DUTIES

Want to reduce staffing costs?

Replace dedicated phone-answering work with a tested AI workflow where it fits your business. Keep staff involved in decisions and duties that still need a person.

Built around your business

Your business grows. Your receptionist keeps up.

Add services, update policies, and expand the questions your receptionist can answer. We update its approved business knowledge and test new workflows as your needs evolve.

Start with useful call handling: business questions, lead capture, organized staff summaries and screened human transfers when configured. Appointment booking and other connected actions can be added after setup and testing.

You approve the information and actions. Knowledge updates are managed; customer calls do not automatically change your business policies.

Put the cost of phone coverage in perspective

More room in your budget. More time for your team.

At an illustrative $30 per hour, eight hours a day and five days a week, a full-time role costs $1,200 a week · $5,200 a month · $62,400 a year in wages alone.

Trident AI can reduce routine call-handling work and help you avoid adding dedicated phone coverage as you grow. We’ll compare your actual needs with the full cost of your Trident plan.

Example assumes 52 paid weeks; monthly figure is the annual average. $30/hour is an example, not a claimed national average. Wages exclude benefits and employer costs. Actual cash savings depend on paid work you can avoid, less setup, service, usage and integration costs. Existing staff may continue handling other duties.

Hear it for yourself

Meet Alex.
Our working HVAC demo.

Don’t take our word for it. Call as a customer, ask a difficult question or change a detail. Hear whether this is the kind of welcome you’d want your customers to receive.

A few things to try

  1. “My AC isn’t cooling. Can I leave a request?”
  2. “I only want information about maintenance plans.”
  3. Give a made-up detail, then correct it.

This is a fictional Greg’s Heating & Cooling demo. Please use made-up customer details. Calls are recorded and analyzed for testing. No real appointment, dispatch or customer callback is arranged.

Configured for your business

Hear the fit before you commit.

Start with your real call-handling problem. We’ll define a focused pilot, configure your approved answers, and test the situations that matter to your team.

1

Tell us how you work.

Share your services, hours, common questions and staff contacts through an onboarding questionnaire tailored to your workflows.

2

Hear your receptionist.

We configure your answers and request routing. You test the voice, everyday calls and the situations your staff handles most.

3

Launch a focused pilot.

Start with an agreed scope and usage limit. Review requests together, resolve issues and expand as the setup proves useful.

Choose the capabilities you need. Our demo demonstrates intake, call logging, staff emails and screened transfers. Direct booking and other integrations need separate setup and testing.

Good questions

What owners
want to know.

Can it work with my existing business number?

We’ll review your phone setup and the available forwarding or connection options before launch. Our working demo has its own dedicated number.

Can callers still speak with a person?

Yes, when human transfer is configured. The demo uses a screened handoff. If the transfer is not accepted, Alex returns to the caller and offers another next step.

Does it book appointments?

The current demo collects preferences for staff review. Direct booking requires a connected scheduling system and separate validation before it can be offered.

What happens if it doesn’t know an answer?

It uses your approved business information. When information is unavailable, it explains the limit and can capture a question for staff review.

Can it handle after-hours calls?

It can answer using your configured hours and after-hours instructions. Answering a call does not mean a staff member or technician is available.

Can its business knowledge expand over time?

Yes. You can provide new services, FAQs and approved policies, and we can update the receptionist’s knowledge. New actions and workflows need separate setup and testing. Your plan will define what ongoing updates are included.

Can it be adapted to another type of business?

Our onboarding supports different request types and policies. We’re starting with HVAC and home services. Other workflows are reviewed and tested for the business before launch.
